Finding calm in your Parenting Journey

I am a Swedish/French national who moved to London after university to work in the city. I decided to be a stay-at-home mum when my third child was born. I came into contact with The Parent Practice to get help with managing our spirited first child and later on our reserved second who had problems managing transitions. We were so impressed with their approach that we attended regular sessions with them. Being a strong advocate of The Parent Practice, I was honoured to attend Elaine’s inaugural Educator Programme, which enables me to pass on their positive parenting skills and strategies.

I am a strong believer that parenting shouldn’t have to be a struggle. Unfortunately, no child comes with a manual and no parent should ever feel embarrassed to ask for advice. Children are only with us a short period of time and we should be enjoying every moment with them!

Prior to 2021, we ran a Train the Trainer programme and granted Licensees to parenting practitioners to deliver The Parent Practice Methodology. Wherever you see this logo, you can be assured of parenting coaches delivering The Parent Practice flagship parenting course.
