   Where and When?
Talks for Parents in the Workplace

We provide courses and workshops for organisations looking to find creative, inspiring and effective ways of supporting work-life balance for their employees who have children. These courses can help organisations retain personnel and demonstrate that they are employers that parents really want to work for. When there is harmony at home employees are happy, focused and productive.

We can either offer a seminar from a range of titles or can design something bespoke for your organisation which might be a one off seminar or a series. We work regularly with UBS, Deutsche Bank, Citicorp, Bank of England, Freshfields and Merril Lynch amongst others.

SEMINAR TOPICS INCLUDE:

  • Managing morning mayhem.
  • Bringing out the best in your children.
  • Children and friendships.
  • Toddler tantrums.
  • Bedtime battles.
  • Communicating with your teenagers.
  • Dealing with change.
  • Why can't you buy me one?
  • Settling into a new school.
  • Children's friendships.
  • Raising Boys.
  • Raising Girls.
  • Bringing out the best in your children.
  • Positive discipline.
  • Staying Calm, Being Positive.

    All Our courses are:

Confidential.         Use real life issues and concerns.

Non Prescriptive.   Recognise the challenges all parents face.

Empowering.         Non-judgmental (our facilitators are parents too!).

Experiential.          Flexible-can be tailored to suit your organisation.

We would welcome the opportunity to come for an introductory meeting to tell you more about the work we do.

We provide parents with practical ways to be positive, firm and consistent. Parents report that armed with the skills from our seminars home life becomes calmer and more fulfilling and that helps them find a better balance between work and family life.
